It started with one ex-racehorse and a bad case of mud fever.

When our daughter Aimee went to work at Event Stars in Cambridge, she fell for Kerry O'Reilly — a bay gelding bred in the Waikato who'd raced in the 2006 Melbourne Cup, the world's richest handicap race, finishing 11th in a field of 24. He'd already won the Waikato Gold Cup in 2005 and placed second in the Kelt Capital Stakes, New Zealand's richest race.

Kerry had mud fever, and nothing on the market fixed it. So we made our own cream — aqueous cream, emu oil, aloe vera and 100% pure therapeutic essential oils. It worked. Word spread.

Today Equine Super Goo is the go-to for wounds, rashes, scratches, fungal issues and even sarcoids, stocked by 280 outlets across New Zealand — including Cambridge Equine Hospital, 55 vets and saddlery shops, Horselands, Saddlery Warehouse and Farmlands. We've since expanded beyond horses to dairy cows and other animals, and were a finalist in the 2024 NZI Rural New Zealand Woman Business Awards.

Same formula that saved one horse's coat. Now trusted by hundreds of stockists to do the same for yours.

Small batches of 100% pure therapeutic essential oils in aqueous cream, emu oil and pure aloe vera. Anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and gentle enough for dogs, cats and cattle.

Your Super Goo it's Fab!! ...this season there has been a weird thing I hadn't seen before, like a humid scald... your Super Goo kills it. Well done, awesome product.

Tried Equine Super Goo on Arnie's boot rub. It works a treat — and has dried it up nicely. Next day Arnie's rub is 100% gone — I was gobsmacked!!
